Your Partner In Career Development And Life Transitions

I’m Michele Tevis, a Certified Career Development and Life Transitions Coach.

I specialize in working with women facing significant changes in their lives. It could be a change in your career, starting a new business, or simply figuring out what’s next—Even learning how to step up into a more significant and impactful role as a leader. Working with me, you would gain more clarity, confidence, and belief in yourself, knowing you have what it takes to live your life to your full potential.

But I wasn’t always a coach.

I spent three decades as a senior leader at Apple, helping to develop, launch, and support the iMac, iPod, iPhone, and iPad. During my time at Apple, I juggled competing priorities in a fast- paced environment, delivering positive results through my global team and cross-functional organizations.

So, I understand the challenges leaders face, especially women leaders ... what it takes to be a highly effective leader ... and how to navigate both difficult life transitions and those at work.

I’ve experienced successes and setbacks, and I know they aren’t unique to me. These experiences have given me insight into the many challenges women face when balancing home life and career. Finding the right formula isn’t always, so easy and my goal is to help you find the right mix that will make you truly happy.

That’s why I’m here. That’s what I help you do.
